Building
Small barn built on sloping ground. Excavated down and designed and installed an internal steel frame to avoid excess strain on existing walls and having to cut into the existing beams. Designed tanking for below ground areas. Used local materials and craftsmen to include a cherrywood circular staircase from a locally felled tree.
CDM
New pumping and recycling system installed to replace the old gravity fed system that limited the use of the fountain to about twenty minutes. Confined space work within the tunnels under the fountain and new chamber designed by others to fit within the Grade 1 landscape.
Civil Engineering
Clearing out of six private lakes and the blending of the arisings into the local area. Finding and releasing existing valves and phasing the work over two years allowed for fish and wildlife and for settlement of sludge prior to landscaping.
